Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month

The Filipino Centre Toronto, alongside the Philippine Consulate General in Toronto, recognizes September as Maritime and Archipelagic Nation Awareness Month (MANAMO).

The Philippine Consulate General invites all to participate in a photo contest commemorating this event. Members of the Filipino-Canadian community are asked to join in the celebrations by sending one (1) photo with a beach or sea in the Philippines as a background. Submissions can be sent to cultural.officer@philcongen-toronto.com by September 27th, 2022. Winners will be acknowledge with their photo being posted on the Consulate's official Facebook page.
